Tacoma Lakes Improvement Society

     The following rules apply to this raffle. In the event of any discrepancies or disagreements regarding the award of these tickets, the decision of the Board of Directors of the Tacoma Lakes Improvement Society will be final and binding on all participants.

     Members of the Board of Directors of the Tacoma Lakes Improvement Society and their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win this raffle.

     You must be 18 years old or older to purchase tickets and win this raffle.

     Tickets must be used by the winner and MAY NOT BE SOLD. Donors of these tickets are bound by their license agreement with the teams and the winner will be liable to the ticket donor should the donor incur any damages if the tickets are resold.

     All other expenses related to the event are the responsibility of the winner. The donors are providing the tickets only.

     Only one winner per family is allowed. No winner will attend more than one game.

     To the fullest extent allowed by law, the winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the donor and Tacoma Lakes Improvement Society from any liability related to the use of these tickets including transportation to/from the game. Winner assumes all risk related to attending the game.

     Winner must sign a copy of this agreement before receiving the ticket information. Failure to sign this agreement will disqualify the winner.
